These crazy eyes are designed to be shoe charms but can be used on ribbons as bracelets, hair accessories or scarf stays… They will hold up for use on shoes but I am thinking not daily wear or on the shoes of very mobile people (skaters, bikers, and people who often kick those they find annoying).
