Terms & Conditions

Since most of our dolls are made to order, please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery by USPS. (International orders may take longer than the estimated time and once the shipment leaves the US the timing is beyond our control.) One of a kind, already made imaginary friends will be shipped sooner. Items over $50 will be insured. Please contact us before purchasing a piece from our Art Shop so we can discuss with you the best options to ship.  Thank you so much for being patient enough to buy a one of a kind, hand made product! (Local buyers can schedule a pick up or delivery, we would love to meet you!)

1. Orders outside the United States may require additional funds to collect.  Please contact your post office before ordering if you do not want to be surprised with any hidden fees.  We regret that we can not be responsible for taxes, tariffs, or fees charged by others along the shipping route.  We would never intentionally hide fees and charges from you.   
2. Every doll is made to order and we reserve the right to (or not to) accept returns. That said, if you are dissatisfied for any reason we will do our best to make it right!   
3. The Art in our Art Shop varies in size.  Please pay attention to measurements before deciding on a piece.
4. We enjoy custom orders, such as RagdOlly dolls with tattoos and/ or piercings or creatures in different colors than those pictured. We welcome questions about further customizing any of our designs or creating an entirely new item, but must charge accordingly. Just shoot us a convo and let's discuss!
